About the founder

Taimoor Karim

Founder of ReliantShip, an EDI consultancy for 3PLs based in New Jersey.

Taimoor has more than 10 years of experience working in EDI, including the documents that keep a warehouse running: 940 shipping orders, 943 and 944 stock transfers, 945 shipping confirmations, 856 ASNs, and 810 invoices.

His work covers the full path a document takes: onboarding new trading partners, reading their specs, building and fixing maps, and tracking down the files that get rejected, arrive late, or never go out at all.

He started ReliantShip to give 3PLs direct access to that experience. When you work with ReliantShip, Taimoor is the person who reviews your setup and does the work.

He writes the articles on the ReliantShip blog, starting with EDI 940 vs 945.
